Easy Baked Ham and Cheese Slider

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 24 mini sandwich rolls (or 12 large rolls, sliced in half)
  • 1 pound thinly sliced cooked deli ham
  • 1 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion until well combined.
  3. Slice the rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Layer half of the ham evenly over the rolls, then add a layer of Swiss cheese. Finish with the remaining ham.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls back on. Slowly pour the butter mixture evenly over the tops, making sure everything gets coated.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese is fully melted.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
