Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 24 mini sandwich rolls (or 12 large rolls, sliced in half)
- 1 pound thinly sliced cooked deli ham
- 1 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion until well combined.
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer half of the ham evenly over the rolls, then add a layer of Swiss cheese. Finish with the remaining ham.
- Place the top halves of the rolls back on. Slowly pour the butter mixture evenly over the tops, making sure everything gets coated.
- Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
