15 MINUTES STICKY GARLIC NOODLE
Ingredients
- 8 ounces gluten-free noodles (brown rice noodles, quinoa noodles, or even zucchini noodles)
- 3 tablespoons butter, ghee, or vegan butter
- ½ cup chopped green onions, plus extra for garnish
- 3 garlic cloves, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- Optional: ½ tablespoon oyster sauce
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain well, then toss with a small amount of butter to keep them from sticking. Set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
- Add the chopped green onions and garlic, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
