15 MINUTES STICKY GARLIC NOODLE

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces gluten-free noodles (brown rice noodles, quinoa noodles, or even zucchini noodles)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, ghee, or vegan butter
  • ½ cup chopped green onions, plus extra for garnish
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
  • Optional: ½ tablespoon oyster sauce
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain well, then toss with a small amount of butter to keep them from sticking. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the chopped green onions and garlic, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Sprinkle in the sugar and stir continuously until it fully dissolves and starts to look glossy.
  5. Pour in the tamari (or soy sauce) and optional oyster sauce, stirring until everything is well combined.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss until they’re evenly coated in the sticky garlic sauce.
  7. Serve immediately and finish with extra green onions on top.
