Easy Homemade Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 packet (0.25 oz) active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water (about 110°F)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and set it aside while you prepare the dough.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Pour in the warm water and vegetable oil. Mix with a spoon or your hands until a soft dough forms and everything comes together.
  4. Press and stretch the dough directly onto a greased pizza pan or baking sheet, shaping it into your desired crust thickness.
  5. Spread your favorite pizza sauce over the dough and add cheese, pepperoni, or any toppings you love.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust turns lightly golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
