  • 1 clove garlic, minced 
  • 10 oz box frozen spinach, thawed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 2 oz feta cheese 
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated 
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
